This little lovely arrived yesterday, so I thought I would share.

Lord Shiva's Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra is a Sanskrit mantra that not only cures your physical well-being but also aligns your emotional and mental peace with your health.

One of the most powerful mantras that you can chant is Shivji Mahamrityunjaya. It is believed that the Shivji Mahamrityunjaya mantra should ideally be chanted between 4am to 6am in the morning before going to work or the office. (Brahma Muhurta).

If you chant this mantra with absolute conviction and generosity, it can actually help you release your negative thoughts.

This mantra helps you regenerate your physical, mental, and emotional state as it is believed that it is a moksha mantra; you address to Lord Shiva, seeking his blessing to promote your longevity and prevent you and your loved ones from untimely death.

Apart from this, there are several other benefits of chanting the Mahamrityunja mantra, including that its vibration protects you from sudden death and bestows health, wealth, and peace.

This mantra is also beneficial for those who are bad sleepers or people who suffer from nightmares. Chanting this mantra either before bed or at the beginning of the day can put their mind at peace and also help them have an undisturbed sleep.

I thought I would take a minute to properly introduce myself.

I’m Aurelia, and I’m a pretty dope soul.

I did a whole lotta healing to get to where I am now.

I’ve had my spiritual awakening in early 2020 and have been on a healing journey for a little over two years. I literally am not the same woman I was then… on any level. I am happier, lighter both emotionally and physically, I am a better wife, a better mother, and a better me. I am happy. I am having some big shifts and quantum leaps right now.

Most of the time, I am soft and sweet like a teddy bear, I’m pretty chill. As a devotee to Mahakali, I am also a sovereign being fully embodied to invoke sacred rage when necessary. I'm blunt and do not suffer fools.

I am a student of Indian religions, cultural traditions, and Dharmic philosophy. I have a deep soul appreciation and connection to India, from my own past lives. My spiritual path is a combination of modern spirituality, energy work, meditation, mantra, yoga, and witchcraft woven into a predominantly Hindu belief system. I do incorporate some Sikh and Buddhist principles into my path as well. Kundalini Yoga changed my life.

That being said, I am Southern and grew up in the Bible belt. I love me some Jesus and gospel music even with being raised by Hungarian Jewish grandparents lol. I have tons of Christian friends, and will even post the occasional bible verse or meme. I am simply open to being inspired.

Professionally, I am a multi-faceted conscious creatrix. I create intuitive branding and heart-centered graphics, course workbooks, and even websites specifically tailored for spiritual entrepreneurs. My other facet is spiritual Self-Care and I love handcrafting sacred self-care products, solid perfume, and holistic skincare. I am also a meditation guide and can help you deepen your spiritual practice.

My superpowers are losing my glasses, making gravy, winning Harry Potter trivia contests, and reciting Dolly Parton lyrics. I cook like somebody’s multicultural Memaw.
